Extra Services

  1. We can  organise and book your ferry crossing for car and passengers. (Prices vary according to the time and date that you travel, however hoteliers are generally able to get discounted rates for their customers)
  2. We offer walkers and cyclists (up to 3 bikes) a "pick up and set down" service.
  3. We offer a  bag tag service around the island.
  4. We offer cyclists a secure off road place for their bikes, which is generally also under cover depending on numbers.
  5. Packed lunches provided by prior arrangement

Cancellation Policy

When booking at our guest house we ask for a 25% non returnable deposit. This ensures that we will hold your room or rooms open for you. You may cancel your holiday at any time up to 48 hours before the start date, without incurring any additional cost. However if you cancel any later than this, although we will make every effort to re let your room or rooms, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee. This fee is usually at least an additional 25% of the total due for your stay.  Thus we would advise our guests to have holiday insurance to protect themselves from any losses.

Ferry crossings booked by this guest house on your behalf, with Red Funnel and then cancelled by us, for you, may be subjected to a cancellation charge. Charges may vary a any time according to Red Funnel's terms and conditions

Ferry crossings booked by this guest house on your behalf, with Wightlink  and then cancelled by us, for you, may not be refundable. We understand that there is a £20.00 charge for cancellations made after the day of  ticket purchase, and that no refund is payable if the cancellation takes place on the day of departure.
