Welcome to our website. We came here with our family (2 kids plus one dog), in search of a new way of life, and found Brunswick House. Built over 150 years ago it retains some original features, and although the bedrooms are set out in a contemporary style, the reception rooms are more traditional in their lay out.

We offer a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere in a central location in Ventnor. All our rooms are en–suite and we welcome walkers, cyclists, families and those people who just want to find a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

Ventnor is a charming place to visit, with the people here going out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. There are plenty of things to do in the area, such as taking advantage of the breathtaking views from St Boniface Downs, walking the spectacular coastal path, fishing in the many bays or cycling through some wonderful countryside.

The harbour has recently been developed and there are beautiful beaches, coves and crannies all along the shoreline. The town itself is host to many interesting and unique shops, cafes and bars where live music and good food is part of the Ventnor experience.  On the Esplanade you can hire original Victorian beach huts and  the Botanical Gardens with their magnificent displays of subtropical plants, is just a short walk along the coastal path.
